Common mistakes when switching jobs

Plenty of peo feel stuck in their current jobs and are itching to switch. Today’s job market, however, makes switching a big risk.

The final point I would make is make sure you’ve got a safety fund before making a switch. Especially if you leave a job without having another lined up, you’d be wise to have at least six months of living expenses in your savings account.
